The Ruger PC Carbine was announced at the end of 2017, and is the subject of the February American Rifleman cover story. And while a few select editors had a chance to evaluate the carbine late last fall before it was announced to the public, American Rifleman's Mark Keefe finally was able to send a few rounds downrange with it during Industry Day at the Range ahead of SHOT Show 2018.
