U.S. manufacturer American Tactical, a worldwide importer of firearms, ammunition and tactical equipment, has expanded its Cavalry shotgun line with the new Road Agent 12-ga. shotgun.

The Road Agent's design has an updated twist with the classic external hammers side by side. It also features its patent-pending decocker system, an industry first for an external hammer shotgun.

The shotgun auto-cocks both hammers when the barrel is broken open for loading. The decocker lever automatically sets the gun to the "safe" position. Just move the decocker lever to the decock position and both hammers will drop without striking the firing pins. When ready to shoot, simply break the barrel to re-cock the hammers.

The Road Agent features an 18.5" carbon steel barrel with black aluminum finish, aluminum receiver, intricate scroll engraving and hand finished wooden stock and forearm. It also features double triggers to match its classic external hammer design, in order to shoot both barrels at once.

Overall Length: 35.4"
Weight: 5.3 lbs. unloaded
Length of Pull from rear trigger: 14.75"
Length of Pull from front trigger: 15.5"
Drop at Heel: 2.25"
Drop at Comb: 1.75"
