Intended for heavy use in tough conditions, the Firecraft FC5 from White River Knife & Tool is a hybrid camp and hunting knife with features to facilitate firemaking. The FC5 has a 5" blade of CPM S30V steel, weighs 8.4 ozs. and has an overall length of 10". A notch in the spine, just ahead of the jimping, is designed for striking the included ferro rod, and a polished dish on the right side of the grip, aft of the finger choil, is for use with a fire bow.
