Federal Premium has expanded its Personal Defense HST Micro lineup with a 130-gr. .38 Spl. +P Load, offering peak performance for subcompact, concealed-carry handguns. Like all HST Micro rounds, the new load promises reliable expansion, optimum penetration and superior terminal performance with a bullet weight and propellant optimized for the most efficiency and accuracy in subcompact handguns.
