Looking to diversify your defensive tools? Pay close attention—the TriStar KRX Tactical is an AR-15-inspired, self-loading shotgun that offers an efficient platform in defensive scenarios. This scattergun ships with a five-round, detachable box magazine, removable chokes and is outfitted with ample sections of Picatinny rail to accommodate a wide variety of accessories. We removed the factory carry handle with integral sights in favor of an economically priced red-dot from Lucid. As a gas-operated shotgun, the KRX Tactical works well. If you're looking to run subsonic ammunition in the KRX Tactical, you're better off sticking with standard loads, which function flawlessly.
