A twist on the common dueling tree steel target, the Pistol Falling Tree from Tactical AR500 Targets features one 6" AR500 steel paddle that, upon being successfully struck, not only switches sides but also drops down one level thanks to a zig-zagging track cut into the back of the support beam. The entire unit, which weighs roughly 80 lbs. when assembled, is angled forward in order to deflect any bullet fragments downward into the ground. A version of the Falling Tree rated for use with rifles, utilizing AR550 steel, is also available. Price: $260. Contact: Tactical AR500 Targets, Inc.; (717) 733-0088; tacticalar500targets.com.
