Whether you’re on the range for training, or farther afield hunting or camping, there are certain tools and necessities that need to be carried and kept accessible. Military and tactical gear has evolved to include PALS webbing, Pouch Attachment Ladder System (also commonly referred to as MOLLE, for Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment), exactly for the purpose of hanging kit on packs and belts.
