Nikon has unveiled its Monarch 5 line of riflescopes featuring extra-low dispersion (ED) lenses, the new BDC reticle, and a 5X zoom ratio for superior long-range effectiveness. The glass-etched Advanced BDC reticle, similar to the standard BDC reticle, has unique open circles going down the vertical sight post that are used as aiming points to compensate for bullet drop at extended ranges. What differentiates the Advanced BDC reticle is that it also has windage marks on both the left and right side of the post. The Monarch 5 riflescope will be available in seven different magnifications with suggested retail prices ranging from $549.95 to $949.95. For more visit, NikonSportOptics.com.
