Korth is a German manufacturer of high-quality luxury double-action revolvers, meaning the company's finely tuned and constructed wheel guns cost upward of $3000 (I've seen models listed for as much as $15,000). Their high price tag is due to an almost unheard of level of attention to detail and the use of top-grade materials. This year Korth is introducing a more affordably priced six-shot 9 mm revolver called the Sky Marshal. Rated for +P ammunition, it's fitted with a two-inch barrel that has an accessory rail along the right side for light and laser modules. The revolver's cylinder and frame have been shortened to better fit the 9 mm Parabellum catridge and to reduce the gun's weight, which is about 19 ozs. Thanks to an innovative ejector star design, there is no need for moon clips. Korth will be providing milled aluminum speed loaders. The double-action trigger of the Sky Marshal was superbly smooth and light. And how much will this bit of European enginering cost? The suggested retail pricing starts at $1,000.
