Already available in two sizes (full-size and carry) and three chamberings (9 mm Luger, .357 SIG and .40 S&W), SIG Sauer announced that its striker-fired P320 line would be expanding to include the .45 ACP cartridge and a subcompact offering. The .45 ACP guns will be available in all three sizes, and the subcompact frames will be produced in all four chamberings. The new models will share the same modularity as the rest of the P320 line, with serialized fire-control modules that can be easily removed and reinstalled into all three sizes of grip module. Previously only available in black, SIG also unveiled P320s in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) and Two-Tone FDE finishes, with the two-tone models bearing a Nitron-finished slide over a FDE frame.
