Federal Ammunition has added the popular 124-gr. 9 mm load to its award-winning Syntech handgun ammunition line.

The polymer-encapsulated Syntech bullet prevents metal-on-metal contact between the bullet and bore (which can shorten barrel life and hurt accuracy) and also eliminaties copper and lead fouling. Combined with clean-burning powders, guns stay cleaner, longer. An exclusive Catalyst primer provides a clean, consistent ignition. These qualities and more prompted the editors of Shooting Illustrated to award it the 2017 NRA Golden Bullseye for Ammunition Product of the Year.

Features and Benefits

  • Clean-burning propellants minimize residue and fouling
  • Significantly reduces the required frequency of cleaning
  • Absence of a copper jacket minimizes splash-back on steel targets
  • Less perceived recoil
