Known primarily for its M1911-style pistols, Kimber Mfg., Inc., earlier this year released a double-action-only, striker-fired subcompact pistol chambered for 9 mm Luger. Weighing in at 19 ozs. (empty), Kimber’s EVO SP Custom Shop pistol boasts features tailored for personal protection and deep concealment. A Kimpro II Charcoal Gray finish covers the aluminum frame while the stainless steel slide features a treatment rendering it in a black finish designed to withstand the rigors of hard use.
