One look at the show floor in Las Vegas, Nev. at SHOT Show last month and it was abundantly clear that suppressors were one of the hottest properties around. With this in mind, CCI Ammunition announced its all-new Blazer Brass Clean-Fire Suppressor, a new line of ammunition specifically engineered to deliver optimal performance through suppressed handguns and carbines. The three subsonic loads feature Total Metal Jacket (TMJ) bullets, clean-burning powders and lead-free primers to reduce fouling in suppressors. The new loads are a 147-grain 9mm, a 180-grain .40 S&W and a 230-grain .45 ACP.

Clean-Fire loads feature fully enclosed Total Metal Jacket bullets and lead-free primers designed to reduce heavy-metal fouling. This purpose-built ammunition will also benefit shooters in other ways, resulting in less residue in both the barrel and the suppressor for easier maintenance, along with loads that meet power factor requirements for competitive shooting.
