NRA Gun of the Week: Smith & Wesson M&P Bodyguard 380

posted on September 9, 2017

The Smith & Wesson M&P Bodyguard 380 replaced the company’s original Bodyguard 380 in 2014, and with it came improved aesthetics that blend the pistol into the M&P line. The featured pistol in this week’s NRA Gun of the Week video is the stripped-down version of the svelte little mouse gun. The gun weighs in at around 12-ozs., offers six rounds of .380 ACP protection and provides drift-adjustable sights—a feature uncommon to many pocket guns. Other versions of the gun include an integral Crimson Trace laser sight, manual safety, as well as options for a Flat Dark Earth frame or the engraved stainless slide. Learn more about the M&P Bodyguard 380 from Smith & Wesson from American Rifleman's Kelly Young, and be sure to visit smith-wesson.com.
