Caracal Recalls Model C Pistols

Caracal International LLC has issued a recall of Model C pistols and will replace any defective pistols at no cost. A press release on Caracal’s website said an incident is being investigated and will post updates as they become available.

A press release on the company website contained the following statement:

Until this investigation is concluded, please do not load or fire the Caracal Model C Pistol.

Step 1: Contact the customer care center nearest you and provide the serial number of your pistol.

If you have sold or transferred your Caracal Model C pistol, please us using the above information and provide the name and contact information for the person to whom you sold it so that we can notify them of this recall.

 

Step 2: After contacting the customer care center, Caracal will send you a prepaid shipping box with instructions so that you can return your pistol free of charge.

 

Step 3: Caracal will replace your pistol and return it to you free of charge as quickly as reasonably possible.

 

Caracal apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause, and thank you for your patience and cooperation.
