The pistol, chambered for 9 mm Luger, provides an exposed hammer and utilizes DA/SA operation, firing from a locked breech. The Rex Alpha comes standard with three, 17-round magazines, adjustable sights, Picatinny rail and a manual safety for both left- and right-handed shooters.
