One of the most difficult engineering challenges in the firearms business is fitting all the features a consumer wants into a modest price. Walther even admits as much in its 2013 product catalog. That didn't stop the company from succeeding, though—and in a big way with the new Walther PPX. The PPX hosts all of the features that you'd look for in a duty pistol, at a price well below its competition. The PPX is available in 9 mm or .40 S&W, and consumers can choose between a black or a stainless finish to the slide. The 9 mm edition also has a model available with a threaded barrel. And the bottom line? A wallet-friendly price tag. Learn more about Walther's latest handgun in the video below, hosted American Rifleman's Associate Editor, Joseph Kurtenbach. Caliber: 9 mm or .40 S&W
