LaserMax Releases Commercial IR Laser
The LaserMax Uni-IR is a Class I IR laser only visible through night vision devices and represents one of the few commercially available IR lasers in production.

Laser accessory manufacturer LaserMax has released the Uni-IR laser, a Class I infrared laser only visible through night vision devices. This represents one of the first commercially available IR lasers available to the public.
The Uni-IR requires only 1.75 inches of Picatinny rail space, features an ambidexterous activation switch, and can be mounted on either a pistol or rifle. It requires two silver oxide batteries and offers a continuous run time of 3.5 hours.
