Smith Wesson Mp 30 Super Carry Shield Ez F

Smith & Wesson became one of the first firearm manufacturers to offer a handgun in Federal Premium's all-new 30 Super Carry cartridge. The S&W M&P 30SC Shield EZ incorporates all of the features found in earlier Shield EZ handguns with the added benefits offered by the all-new 30 Super Carry cartridge.

The S&W M&P 30SC Shield EZ, externally, looks almost exactly like the .380 ACP and 9 mm Luger models that came before it, but the differences that make all the difference in this latest offering from the company are found in the magazine. Instead of the eight-round capacity available in .380 ACP and 9 mm Luger, the M&P 30SC holds 10 rounds in a slim, single-stack magazine, giving concealed carriers and home defenders two extra rounds without losing ballistic capability.

Aside from the chambering, the S&W M&P 30SC Shield EZ retains all of the features that made the Shield EZ popular for personal defense. There's a grip safety located on the backstrap of the grip frame, and models with and without bilateral thumb safeties are available. The guns have a single-side slide-stop lever and magazine-release button, and the EZ tab allows for trouble-free racking for those with weaker hand strength.

Smith & Wesson's M&P 30SC Shield EZ comes equipped with white-dot, all-steel sights, and two magazine come with each gun. Suggested retail pricing on the new model is $521. For more information, visit smith-wesson.com.
