CBC Global Ammunition, a holding group of companies internationally active in the ammunition industry, has acquired SinterFire, a pioneer in lead-free bullet technology. The change adds SinterFire to a family of firms that also includes MagTech Ammunition, Sellier & Bellot, MEN, CBC Brazil and CBC Defense.

“We are thrilled to welcome SinterFire into the CBC family,” said Fabio Mazzaro, CEO of CBC Brazil. “This acquisition not only strengthens our product portfolio but also allows us to accelerate the development of innovative, eco-friendly ammunition solutions. By combining our resources and expertise, we are poised to make significant strides in shaping the future of ammunition technology.”

The SinterFire acquisition reflects CBC’s strategic vision to consistently deliver safer, more efficient and environmentally responsible ammunition solutions to clients around the world without sacrificing performance and accuracy.

“We are excited about this new chapter with CBC. Our shared dedication to pushing the boundaries of ammunition technology will undoubtedly lead to remarkable advancements,” said Brandon Graves, SinterFire CEO. “Together, we will drive the industry forward while ensuring the highest standards of quality and sustainability.”

SinterFire will continue to run independently out of its headquarters in Kersey, Penn., where it will continue delivering world-class products to its domestic OEM partners and servicing the government and law enforcement agencies that harness the advantages of SinterFire’s frangible and lead-free products.

SinterFire originated the lead-free, copper/tin frangible bullet. The company was officially launched in 1998 and since then has improved metal composites to maximize safety in training, while delivering the performance needed for training.

CBC Global Ammunition was established in 1926 and is currently the largest ammunition supplier to Brazil’s military and law enforcement personnel. It has facilities on three continents—South America, Europe and North America—and its 3,500 staff members across the globe produce more than 1.5 billion centerfire cartridges annually. Its products, which also include rimfire loads and shotshells, are exported to more than 130 countries each year.
