Mossberg is now utilizing Mathews Harmonic Damper to reduce recoil up to 20%, by countering the recoil wave as it passes through the shotgun stock. Weights located in the internal eslastomer wheel absorb the vibrations, allowing new and old shooters some added comfort. This recoil reduction technology is now offered in seven of Mossberg's shotguns. These shotguns come with an exclusive Mossberg stock with interchangeable standard and raised combs.
