The MagnetoSpeed T1000 is a target hit indicator that, once attached to an AR500 steel target, not only offers a visual confirmation of successful impacts that is easy to see even at great distances and in limited-visibility conditions, such as dense fog, but can even call near misses. Safely mounted behind the target, with only a portion of the weather-proof T1000’s damage-resistant FlexPrism urethane rubber reflector visible to the shooter, the unit uses an accelerometer to observe a hit and a microphone to detect a miss, flashing red to signal the former and yellow to indicate the latter. Activation sensitivity, flash duration and miss indication can all be adjusted by the user. For more on this $150 training aid, please visit magnetospeed.com.
