Beretta 80X Cheetah Pistol F

Beretta's bringing back its .380 in a small way, literally, with the introduction of its 80X Cheetah in 2023, providing a compact, ergonomic handgun with heightened capacity compared to other .380 ACP-chambered options on the market. The all-metal handgun is built with an easy-to-rack slide, as well as a tuned recoil spring designed to reduce felt recoil, making it a great option for those who are recoil-averse or have weaker hand strength.

The Beretta 80X incorporates the classic open-top slide design popularized by the Beretta 92 series, and this pistol is outfitted with the slim Vertec grip, complete with an easily accessible frame-mounted safety, as well as a Picatinny accessory rail. At the top of the gun, users will find an optics-ready slide, and the pistol ships with a cover plate that incorporates the rear sight.

One of the stand-out features of the Beretta 80X Cheetah is its adjustable X-Treme S trigger, which features overtravel adjustment that allows shooters to shorten the trigger's reset travel to just 1 mm. The gun uses a double-action/single-action operating system with a skeletonized hammer that speeds up lock time. Despite the gun's compact size, it incorporates a 13-round flush fit magazine, providing plenty of capacity in its .380 ACP chambering.

Equipped with a 3.9" barrel, the Beretta 80X Cheetah measures in at 6.8" long, 4.9" high and 1.4" wide. Unloaded, the pistol weighs 25 ozs. Suggested retail pricing on the new offering is $799. For more information, visit beretta.com.
