Springfield Armory has issued a recall of 3.3 XD-S 9 mm and 3.3 XD-S .45 ACP pistols.

Nearly identical to the .45 ACP version, save for the 9 mm chambering, the XD-S 9 mm provides all the perks of the original design-just with a smaller bore and substantially less recoil than its "big" brother.
