This year, we're seeing many shotguns that are built on proven operating systems but have been updated to be even more controllable and easily used by today's consumers.

Browning Arms, of Morgan, Utah, is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2023 and extending that celebration to the consumer with the offering of a special-edition Citori shotgun.

There are 33 versions currently available from the company, not including the 22-strong Citori 725 line. All wear American walnut furniture, in a variety of fine finishes. The line’s wide variety of options include recoil pads adjustable for length of pull, adjustable cheekpieces, intricate engraving, floating ribs and much more.

Browning's Citori line of over-under shotguns took top sales honors on GunBroker's site in 2019, claiming third in the list of shotgun sales.

The fifth generation of John Browning's famous Superposed shotgun, the Citori, continues to be a strong seller in the over/under category.

Browning has long been sweet on the 16 gauge. That was evident two years ago when it brought back the A5 Sweet Sixteen, and is clearly the case with the introduction of a pair of 16-ga. Citori over-unders.

Browning has expanded its Citori line with new White Lightning and CX models.

Browning is adding a new sporting clays model to its shotgun lineup, the Citori 725 Sporting Golden Clays over-under shotgun.

Browning's High Grade Program moves into its fifth year with a limited production of Citori 725 Grade V and Grade VII Trap models.
