The Sporting Group of Alliant Techsystems Inc. (ATK) has become Vista Outdoor Inc. The company, which is parent to many well-known outdoor brands such as Bushnell, Savage Arms and Federal Premium Ammunition and dozens of others becomes a stand-alone, publicly traded outdoor sports and recreation company.
