Hornady, Leupold, Nosler Combo to be Auctioned at Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation Banquet

Hornady has teamed with Leupold & Stevens and Nosler to offer a prize package that will be auctioned off to support the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF) at its 28th annual banquet on Wed., Sept. 13, 2017 in Washington, D.C.

CSF, a nonprofit organization, works with Congress, governors and state legislatures to protect and advance hunting, fishing, recreational shooting and trapping.

The prize package, valued at $4,163, consists of a case of Hornady Precision Hunter 143-gr. ELD-X ammunition, a Nosler Model 48 long-range rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and topped with a Leupold VX-5HD 3-15x44 mm CDS-ZL2 scope with pre-cut ballistic drop compensating turret.

"Everyone thinks we're competitors, but we are friends and respect each other," said Jason Hornady, vice president of Hornady Manufacturing Co. "And when it comes to preserving and protecting shooting, hunting, trapping and angling, we're proud to partner with everyone at Nosler, as well as our mutual colleagues at Leupold, to support the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation. We must stand together to protect our industry and our way of life."

In addition to bidding at CSF’s annual banquet, interested parties may also submit bids for the package online. All bids must be submitted by 5 p.m. EDT Friday, Sept. 8, 2017. The winner of the package will be notified via email on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017. Contact Dante Swallow at dante@sportsmenslink.org with any questions. Get all the details online at Hornady.com.
