The Boberg Arms semi-autos are among the most compact pocket pistols available for the calibers they fire. This year the company will be adding their first .45 ACP model, the XR45-S, which is rated for +P ammunition.
One of the features that make the Boberg so interesting is the reverse-feed magazine that strips cartridges backwards out of the magazine, instead of the usual method of the slide pushing them forward into the chamber. As a result, a longer barrel can be used in a short slide. Other features include a 3.75-inch rotating locked-breech barrel, a stainless steel slide, and a light-weight T6 aircraft-grade aluminum frame.
