Springfield Armory's SOCOM line offers compact and powerful close-quarter rifles—and the 7.62mm NATO chambering ensures that each model will pack quite a punch. The SOCOM II, which features a new Cluster Rail System, serves as the latest addition to the AmericanRifleman.org Gun of the Week series.
