Though most .22 pistols follow standard design, several models on the market today allow you to stand out in a crowd. can't imagine a reason to have one, just had a friend bring me one to look at cause he was having problems with it(misfires), firing pin too short to do more than barely mark the casing( no more than .002 indent) when it did fire, it doesn't group, unless you call 6" at 30 ft a group, sights are terrible, 4 plastic mags from MPA with 2 different styles of followers and .040 difference in openings at the top, no 2 measured the same, front sight is a bent piece of front site housing with no support, only site adjustment is to bend said piece, no adjustment to rear hole in piece that sticks up in the back. If you fix the firing pin, get over the poor sites and don't care that you can't put the bullets you are burning through it where you really want them to go, then it's only money and it's yours to do with as you see fit. but there is nothing I can recommend here

My father bought a Whitney Wolverine new.It still shoots great.He once made a firing pin out of a coke can and it is still working.I plan on buying a new one for myself.
