I have a 300 Whisper and it is worthless. I bought it brand new in Aug. 2012 and still have not sent a round down range as designed. What a bust, S&W has had it for a month and I still haven't heard what the heck is going on. I hate being the test dummy and thought better of S&W until now. I find myself out $1,000 for a product even the manufacture cannot seem to get repaired. If you are thinking about one of these, think again.

That 300 blackout looks like it will be a great short range round. They just need to drop the price of the ammo if they want to compete with the .556 Suppressors are great too there is so many benefits to using one. Im going to have to move out of Illinois because these gun laws here are unbelievable.

I hope they will sell just the uppers for those of us with a S&W AR already? I'm really interested in the AAC Blackout.

Be nice if they also sold suppressors where allowed.
