Chiappa Triple Threat Shotgun

So, how do you go about making a double-barreled shotgun more enticing? You add another barrel. That's Chiappa's strategy, at least, with the new Triple Threat Shotgun. The triple-barreled design is based on a traditional two-barrel shotgun design—with the third barrel resting on the top, giving the gun a pyramidal arrangement. The Triple Threat is designed to be a defense gun, and comes with a shorter stock that can be converted to a pistol grip.

The shotgun is imported by Chiappa and manufactured by Akkar Silah Sanayi Ltd. of Turkey. You can see it in action—and believe us, you'll want to—in the video below. Better, you can check out a full review from AmericanRifleman.org contributor B. Gil Horman right here.
