On the season 2 premiere of Top Shot, as Iain alluded to, the two team captains chosen by their Sharps' shooting ability couldn't have been more different.
Blue Team Captain Jay Lim had a strategic and preplanned tactic for assembling his team: he informally interviewed many of the other contestants, making a list of possible prospects, and ultimately ended up with a group of shooters with significant competitive experience. Red Team Captain Chris Reed had a laid back approach and let the cards fall where they may, winding up with a team comprised of mostly ex-military shooters and instructors. The Blue Team is already down a player; did Jay overthink his team choice, or will his strategy ultimately hold out?
