Weaver Introduces Weaver Scout Scope

New Weaver K-Series scope designed for forward mounting, ideal with scout-type rifles.

Weaver has announced the latest addition to its product line in the form of the Weaver Scout Scope. The Scout Scope is a K-Series optic with a fixed power of 4x28 mm designed for forward mounting, offering eye relief of 8.5-9.5 inches in line with the late Col. Jeff Cooper's philosophy of the general-purpose scout rifle.

In addition to generous eye relief, the Weaver Scout Scope is also fogproof, waterproof and shockproof. For additional information, visit the Weaver website.

I was surprised at how affordable these Scout Scopes are. I am planning on purchasing one :)

Now if Weaver will introduce a scout compatible base for the NEF single shot rifles. The scope can then be mounted low and forward of the high hammer spur!
