12/22/2011 The voting is open for the Outdoor Channel’s 12th Annual Golden Moose Awards. If you are a fan of “American Rifleman Television,” go to at http://outdoorchannel.com/GMA and vote for your favorite firearms show “American Rifleman Television,” which airs Wednesday nights on the channel. The online voting ends December 26. While you are there be sure to vote for American Rifleman’s Mark Keefe as your favorite host. By voting, you are also entered in the “Fan Favorite Sweepstakes.” The winners will be announced at the January 19, 2012, Golden Moose Awards in Las Vegas during the Shooting, Hunting Outdoor Trade Show. The “Fan Favorites” are the only awards that are decided by the fans of the shows and channel. “American Rifleman Television” is also up for two Golden Moose Awards this year, “Best Shooting Sports” and “Best Educational/Instructional.” Rifleman has been nominated seven times in the past four years and has taken awards back to NRA HQ in Fairfax twice. If you are a fan of American Rifleman, be sure to cast your vote.
