Ammo Plant Auction to Benefit USA Shooting Team

Hornady is auctioning off a rare Zombie Max Ammo Plant to benefit the USA Shooting Team.

Shooters can help support the USA Shooting Team—and protect themselves from the pesky undead threat—thanks to a generous contribution from Hornady Manufacturing.

Hornady is in the process of auctioning off a rare Zombie Max Ammo Plant online, with all proceeds to benefit the USA Shooting Team as it prepares for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

The auction is being hosted on GunBroker.com from April 13 to April 29, 2012.

The Zombie Max Ammo Plant offers features that are identical to that of the Hornady Lock-N-Load Ammo Plant—but is also capable of reloading Hornady's popular Zombie Max ammunition. Plus, the Zombie Max version comes with a whole new sense of zombified style.

Originally crafted as a surprise before the launch of the Zombie Max ammunition line, the Zombie Max Ammo Plants have not been available to the public. Now all shooters will have a chance to take home the custom Ammo Plant, which was unveiled publicly at the 2012 NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits in St. Louis.
