A federal appeals court has blocked a Chicago law that would ban indoor shooting ranges within the city.

The ban is part of a bigger case by a city ordinance that seeks to restrict handgun possession to inside the home, require an hour of range training for all gun owners and prohibit gun ranges from operating within the city.

The appeals court ruled the law likely infringes on gun owner's Second Amendment rights.

And here I thought I had it bad living in Los Angeles. I feel bad for Chicago gun owners for having to go through all this BS.
