The U.S. Joint Combat Pistol Program didn’t exactly come to fruition within the military, but it did cause a number of manufacturers to produce new service-type handguns that consumers now get to enjoy. The FNS-9 was conceived as a reliable and accurate duty-size pistol that could be wielded by a wide array of people, and it fits that bill with ease. The pre-loaded striker mechanism pistol is stable, ergonomic and completely ambidextrous. It's easy to operate, and offers fast and accurate shooting. Oh, and it's got a generous 17+1 capacity.
