Tactical Clothing: A Crowded Space (Page 2)

After 5.11 defined the genre, then came a swarm of competitors. And I mean a big swarm.

There’s a lot going on with the “tactical clothing” segment of the industry. Me? I think I’ll go back to wearing jeans.

Jeans don't do it. If the fit as intended, they're too tight to carry anything in the pockets. They're also restrictive. and they're just as expensive as "tactical" pants. I'm not trying to make sense of all the offerings; just give me a loose fit, lots of useful pockets, rugged materials, and quality construction; who cares what name is on the label. I'll wear jeans when I'm not at the range, camping, hunting, hiking, fishing, training, or driving, i.e. anytime I want to be stylish, and not carry a firearm, knife, flashlight, magazines, tools, cellphone, and keys.

If you're tired of looking like a tactical operator . . . and letting everyone know you are one . . . checkout www.CCWBreakaways.com . . . they are the anti-tactical operator look and they have much more functionality.
