The U.S.-made Armorer, Model BAD-T1, is a multi-function tool and ordnance gauge for M14, M1A, and M1 Garand rifles that is designed to replace standard single-function tools and military combo tools.
The 7-ounce multi-component device, which is CNC-machined from 41L40 chrome-moly bar stock steel and brass, is claimed to have more than 30 specific functions ranging from gauging barrel muzzle wear and throat erosion to unhooking trigger guards and driving stock liner screws. It fits in the top buttstock storage compartment of the M14/M1A rifle or can be carried in its custom MOLLE-compatible Cordura nylon pouch.
