5/27/2010 The History Channel's newest reality show, "Top Shot," will use marksmanship and shooting discipline to determine the winner of its $100,000 grand prize package. The 16 contestants will reenact famous historical shots, such as William Tell's legendary arrow-through-the-apple or Annie Oakley's use of a mirror and rifle, in order to win the title of "Top Shot." The various challenges will utilize a variety of projectiles beyond bullets, including musket balls, arrows, stones and even throwing knives to determine a winner. The season premiere airs June 6 on the History Channel. Visit the History Channel website to see a sneak-peek at the upcoming episode.
