Remington has announced the expansion of its successful Model 700 line with the Model 700 SPS (Special Purpose Synthetic) Tactical AAC-SD, offering a 20-inch threaded barrel, Ghillie Green overmolded Hogue synthetic stock and externally adjustable X-Mark Pro trigger factory set to break at 3 1/2 pounds. Designed for use by police and law enforcement officers, the AAC portion of the model designation comes from the threaded barrel's ability to accept Advanced Armament Corp. muzzle breaks, flash hiders and suppressors.
