7/01/10 DeSantis Gunhide has introduced its two newest entries into the field of concealed carry with the Thumb Break Scabbard and Speed Scabbard holsters designed for the Smith & Wesson SD 9 and SD 40 series of pistols. Both holsters are available in tan and black, featuring precision-molded leather and optional suede lining in either plain or basket-weave finish. The Thumb Break Scabbard features a thumb break device to keep the pistol securely in place, while the Speed Scabbard forgoes the thumb break for a tension screw designed to keep the pistol snug and secure while holstered.
