Nikon's September Slam promotion offers a $50 rebate on the popular Archer's Choice rangefinder.

Nikon has announced another rebate program to help shooters save money on rangefinder purchases, this time targeting bowhunters by offering $50 back on their Archer's Choice rangefinder.


The Archer's Choice takes the guesswork out of angles and distances, offering a clean display and accurate measurement using Nikon's iD technology to gauge incline or decline.

Rangefinders have resulted in a lot of perfect hits and less wounded animals for animals within 50 yards. The problem is that people think they can take 75 yards + shots if they know the yardage just because they can hit a target at the range but do not take into account that animals can move a long ways in a short amount of time. All as it takes is a six inch movement to result in a wounded animal. That being said, I thing the <a href="http://www.bestforhunting.com/best-rangefinder-for-hunting/ ‎">best range finder for bow hunting</a> has angle compensation, as does the Archers choice. The only think is it is only a close range rangefinder.
