Kahr Arms Introduces CM9 Pistol

The new CM series packs 9 mm power in a small package with just a three-inch barrel length.

2/10/2011

Kahr Arms has announced its newest pistol line, taking its popular CW pistol series down in size with the new CM series.

The CM9 is 5.3 inches overall, featuring a 3-inch barrel and weighing only 14 ounces unloaded. The CM9 uses Kahr's patented "safe-cam action,"  which uses the trigger to both unlock the passive safety of the firing pin block and to complete cocking and release of the firing pin, giving it accessability in addition to safety.

The CM9 ships with one 6-round magazine and has an MSRP of $565. For additional information, please visit the Kahr Arms website.

For the first time, I just shot 120 reload HP rounds in my new CM9. I only had one round that didn’t go in all the way. No stovepipes! For breaking in the gun, I’d say that it did amazingly well! The new CM9 cost $440 before taxes. Five stars *****

Shot my new CM9 yesterday. 200 rounds, not one problem, per usual with Kahr. And as usual with Kahr, accurate and dependable out of the box. Paid $419 plus tax.

Grady, First question, have you ever owned a Kahr? They are extremely well made. Second, anyone that would buy a carry gun and not run at least 200 or more like 500 rounds through it is . Finally to assume that the price will be $600 is crazy. That's msrp, price will come in closer to $400

for around $600 you would expect a gun that shoots great right out of the box.fact is kahr recommends a 200 shot break in period before there handgun functions properly.5 year warranty and a chance for a hit or miss handgun is unacceptable.american shooters deserve better from an american company!!!
