3/23/2011 Bushnell has announced its Elite series of handgun scopes, designed for pistol and revolver shooters to take to the field when handgun hunting. The scope body is made of T5056 aluminum and the multi-coated lenses offer true color and constant light transmission of 90 percent. In addition to the rugged body, Elite series scopes are Argon-purged, making them 100% waterproof and fog proof. The RainGuard coating on the lens causes moisture to bead, causing it to scatter less light and perform better in harsh weather conditions.
