Burris Introduces Fullfield E1 Riflescopes

The evolution of the Fullfied II line, the E1 offers updated and enhanced features, including Burris' new Ballistic Plex E1 reticle.

4/27/2011

Burris Optics has announced the latest evolution of its Fullfield riflescopes with the E1 line, incorporating the popular features of the previous generation of Fullfield II scopes while offering a lower, sleeker profile, ergonomic windage/elevation knobs and Burris' new Ballistic Plex E1 reticle.

The Ballistic Plex E1 is a wind compensating reticle that, until now, has only been available on the Burris SixX scopes. The reticle has .25 MOA dots to the left and right of the crosshair that allow the user to compensate for crosswinds, with each dot representing the bullet drift from a 10 mph crosswind for most hunting cartridges.

The Fullfield E1 scopes will be available in 2-7x35 mm, 3-9x40 mm, 3-9x50 mm and 4.5-14x42 mm configurations. For additional information on the Fullfield E1 scopes, please visit the Burris Optics website.

This is my second E1. I put my first on an AR and loved it so much that I swapped out my buckhorn off of my 243. I'm hitting 300 yard targets consistantly. The ballistic plex is the only way to go. Now I have to decide if I want to do the 270 and 300 WSM next. Anyone want to by a Buckmaster

I have been using Burris scopes for years and exclusively since the BDC crosshairs were added. Great scopes in all situations.

I currenty use a 1977 4X12x40 fullfield, never a problem & 8x32x44 sig select, this thing is deadly! Think I'm going to put an e1 2x7x32 on my AR. Cant beat Burris for the $

I've got 4 Burris scopes and they are the best scope for the price, hands down.

I bought a 4.4x14x42 for my 7MAG and a 3X9X40 for my 03A3 3006 . the glass is just right and they stay on target no matter what I do. this scope is a real keeper.
