Pa. Governor Signs Castle Doctrine into Law

Governor Tom Corbett has signed Castle Doctrine into law, which allows law-abiding citizens to protect themselves using force against an attacker.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett has signed the NRA-backed Castle Doctrine into law.


This measure will allow law-abiding citizens to protect themselves using force—including deadly force—against an attacker in the home or anywhere they have a legal right to be.


The NRA's nationwide movement to pass Castle Doctrine legislation began in Florida in 2005.

Gee, makes sense. I wonder how we got here, being US Citizens & all. I don't think the USA was formed by a bunch of wimps too scared to allow their citizens their right to defend themselves in their own homes THAT THEY PAY & DIE FOR!!!!!!!!!!!
