Curious on what kind of range and accuracy this shotgun has for deer hunting?

@ Kelly: Yes, perfectly legal in CA. Turner's Outdoorsman and many other firearms retailers never even put them on the shelves. They simply get snapped up before they're unboxed. Sad thing is, many of them are turned around immediately to gunbroker and other websites for about a 50-100[%] premium over MSRP. They were selling for 2-3X MSRP at first, but supply is slowly catching up.

Is this gun legal in N.C ? If so, does anyone know where I can get my hands on one?

Thanks to the NRA we still have our 2nd amendment rights to keep and bear arms.

The look reminds me if the shotgun from Halo. I am happy to have a friend that I am sure will get one that will let me shoot it

I have been hearing from a few guys around here that there is a problem with the firing pin on these guns, I would like to know how extensive this problem is,and how well Kel-Tec is handling these issues. I really like the concept and would like to have one.

I'd love this gun too, if I could get one. Kel Tec can't crank them out fast enough now to meet demand, and now the Nationial Rifleman article is going to ramp up that demand. I've been looking for one at the retail price since December, and have yet to find one anywhere.

Would love it if AR would compare this to the UTAS-15.Just for the sake of comparing large capacity, tube changing shotguns...

I love this gun! Took it pheasant hunting. All the pro's with their choked long barrels gave amused looks ... until I started dropping birds. Used a red-dot on the upper rail. Big difference in felt recoil from 2 3/4" to 3" mag. Excellent slug accuracy.
