The Uncle Mike's rebate program is valid in the United States on holsters purchased from April 1-30, 2013 at U.S. retailers. Rebate requests must be postmarked by May 15, 2013 and include the following: copy of the sales receipt, original UPC barcode from package and rebate coupon.
